Issue when using " in the password in XrmContext.exe.config

**Description**
I encountered an issue when using a password that contained the character **"**.

One workaround was to replace **"** with **& quot;**. Another workaround was to create a new password.

The same problem applies to https://github.com/delegateas/XrmDefinitelyTyped
