Just a small change to [--open] for linux systems

I added the xdg-open system call because I think it might be more prevalent than the BROWSER env variable.
And I threw in Debian's default browser symlink as well, for good measure?

I don't use Linux myself, but if someone who does could test this and give it the thumbs up, I would be happy to pull it in.

Yeah, for what it's worth I tested it on my computers and it worked. But yeah, if someone else can test it that'd be cool.
