Update github page to match README (#288).

Aside: GitHub Pages now allows for pulling README directly from master:

We’ll use your README file as the site’s index if you don’t have an index.md (or index.html), not dissimilar from when you browse to a repository on GitHub.

What it would look like:

The current format is nice but this avoids the need to update the site.

To change the branch GitHub Pages is pulling from: Repo -> Settings -> Options -> GitHub Pages -> Source -> master branch
