DRAFT: update kmod to v1.0.20241112, tools to v1.0.20241018

This is an attempt to rebuild OpenWRT packages to include:

1. Latest kernel module based on patch set from https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-linux-kernel-module.
2. Latest amneziawg-tools from https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-tools.
3. Modified directory layout of saved artifacts as a base for upcoming pipeline creating custom feed.
