Add BedrockRanker to documentation

When reviewing #1529 I noticed that there is not documentation page about the BedrockRanker component and it's not listed here (nor here).

We should add a new documentation page about this component and also add it to the overview list.
The name BedrockRanker is not consistent with the other AmazonRankerChatGenerator, AmazonBedrockTextEmbedder, etc. but I wouldn't change it right now.

I implemented the BedrockRanker, I agree that I totally messed up on the name part. However I guess I'm probably the only one or almost to use it (as it's very new, and there was no announcement on its availability), maybe it's still time to rename it to be consistent ahah

I agree with @lambda-science about changing the name here. Changing it now rather than after publishing the doc page makes more sense
