Although we set it to `all` by default, one may manually set it via [CMAKE_CUDA_ARCHITECTURES](https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/variable/CMAKE_CUDA_ARCHITECTURES.html) or [CUDAARCHS](https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/envvar/CUDAARCHS.html#envvar:CUDAARCHS).
