Why

45 of the last 100 issues and 13 of the people who have opened pull requests are from outside. The repository's community profile lacks a code of conduct, issue templates and a pull request template, and the same things keep being asked for after the fact: the version and a sample document on a bug report (#987), the sign-off and the schema constant on a pull request.

What changes

  • CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.zh-CN.md: the Contributor Covenant 2.1 and its published Chinese translation, with reports going to info@deeplethe.com. Two slips in the translation are corrected (a doubled "或拒绝", and "时机知" for "时告知"); nothing else differs from the published text.
  • Issue forms in .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/, labels in English and Chinese:
    • a bug report asks what happens and what was expected, how to see it (with the smallest document that shows it), the version, how it runs, the models, and logs;
    • a feature request starts from the use case and says when an ADR comes first;
    • the chooser sends usage questions to Discussions Q&A and security problems to SECURITY.md. Blank issues stay on.
  • .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md: Why, What changes, How it was checked, and the checklist review keeps sending back (sign-off, fmt/clippy/test, database-backed tests, migration number and CURRENT_SCHEMA_VERSION, i18n in both languages, ADR).
  • CONTRIBUTING.md and its Chinese copy link the code of conduct.

How it was checked

The three YAML files parse. GitHub reads these files from the default branch, so the forms, the template and the community profile change with the next dev to main merge, not with this one.
