Disambiguators follow the ontology's predicates #299

refresh_disambiguators in crates/utopia-store/src/resolution.rs picks the suffix from facts whose predicate key is one of works_at, part_of, located_in, leads. Bases built from the schema-org pack use works_for, member_of and affiliation, so two John Smiths that differ cleanly (Acme Robotics vs St Mary's Hospital) both fall back to the type label and show as "John Smith · Person" twice in the graph search.

The predicate list should either include the pack vocabularies or come from the ontology itself, for example any object property whose range is Organization or Place.
