JS API subscriptions should pass updateInterval to the server #186
Description
Old wiring involved calling preemptiveUpdatesTable, so the JS API would have already set the updateInterval by the time the subscription was created.
Downside of not fixing this is that JS tables/charts are stuck at 1s per update.
