Upload Vulnerabilty Database Issue

Describe the bug:
Cannot upload the vulnerability database.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings > Vulnerability & Secret Management
2. Upload the vulnerability database with tar.gz file
3. Check Network tab on browser, it shows POST 404 Not Found with this URL: https://address/undefined/df-api/upload-vulnerability-db
