GPU not really being utilized: Slow LTX?

Windows 11.
5090 RTX
128GB RAM.
I've just setup the Wan2GP (autoinstall branch, separate drive and venv, keeping it well away from my ComfyUI spaghetti.)
(chose the env_venv option and let it auto-detect my GPU and install appropriately.)

Coming from Cyberpunk/ComfyUI, I'm used to having my home-office heated by the GPU exhaust on my PC.

I'm trying to swap my head on a tutorial vid for a better picture of my head (proper lighting, not glancing at script, had some sleep...)

First try, worked like a charm, on a 8 second clip.

But it took 26 minutes. And in that time, it seemed like the GPU was barely ticking over. 1 brief burst of a few seconds at 99%, then just idling.

Any suggestion as to where I look/settings to see if my GPU is being limited?

right at the top of the gradio window, you'll see a line of options.
select Configuration -> Performance and you'll see three Default Memory Profiles towards the bottom (Video).(Image),(Audio).
try selecting different profiles and see if your gens are faster.
Of course if you are generating videos with wan2.1/2.2, then you can speed thing up enormously by using acceleration loras like lightx2v. just check out the Guides at the top next to Configuration
don't forget to hit Save Settings right at the bottom.

Doing LTX at the moment for the headswap to show my less-sleep-deprived face.
I just kicked off another video, and saw this in the command window:
