Community Support Guidelines

If you need help, ask on the users mailing list and read the article requesting community support first.

The GitHub issue tracker is a tool to track bug reports and feature requests and is not a support forum! Please read more about bugs and features in Bug and Feature Request Guidelines.

In case of questions on how to configure your own deegree web services, or how to interpret some error message or behavior that you do not understand, please ask on the users mailing list. A good place to get support is also at gis.stackexchange.com. Use the tag "deegree" to link it to our project.
