Client: Expose raw HTTP requests/response and signatures to caller

The original concept for vspd included clients (dcrwallet) storing the requests/responses/signatures in order to provide two way accountability.

This isn't currently done in dcrwallet, but the data should be exposed from the http client anyway so the feature can be added in future.
