Feature Request: Different Popup Messages

I'm really enjoying this plugin, my use case is to remind myself to save the game whenever the timer lapses.

Could we get a dropdown menu with different messages in the toast/popup?  
Defaulting to the current, playtime as ended; but giving an option for things like saving, drink water or stand up.
