• block-mainp-deck : regarding the description , the boxes should be able to move after pressing M but I could not enable it.

• css-deck : what are the complete list of box colors and styles ? (.observation , .note , .example , .... )

• css-deck : what should education section have as a box color ? because there is no .education style for this kind of box

The block-manipulation needs the corresponding plugin that is to my knowledge only included in mono's resource pack.

The css-rules that target the corresponding classes are individually defined in each resource pack. There is no guarantee that every resource pack even has a rule for a class unless it is defined in a not-overwritten css file of the default resource pack. To my knowledge there is no convention where to place custom box styles.

The discord deck was to my knowledge a gimmick tested out by monofon a long time ago, the API to discord, API keys, registered applications etc. may have changed by now and I have no knowledge of any user actually using this (though I am open to surprises)
