Watch misses changes to the deck itself

Using decker -S, it fails to reload when I modify the -deck.md file itself.
If I touch any of the included files, the deck is regenerated correctly.

Note: using VIM as editor. Maybe it is because of the way it handles backup files or something like that.

So it observed that some file changed, but does not rebuild.

I cannot reproduce that with my stock vim 9.1.754 on macOS. Maybe something in your .vimrc?

I observed that on the first edit with VIM, I get:

# Server: Reload because of: Removed ".../03-nnet-deck.md" 2025-01-21 21:21:15.104568744 UTC False

When I do set nobackup nowritebackup then it works.
I think VIM writes a new file, and upon success removes the old and renames the new file to the old name.
