FlexASIO. Status: Not Present

I have downloaded and installed FlexASIO, and it worked correctly without any problems. I usually use it in the Guitar Rig 5 program, a guitar effects simulator. However, after a day, from one moment to the next, when I selected FlexASIO in the program and in most others that I tried, it wouldn't let me use it. In Guitar Rig 5, under the Status section, it showed: Not present. I was never able to use it again, neither the latest version nor the previous ones. I need help with this issue, please.
