Video streaming not working always on desktop client

Issue Description:

A good place to test would be the following MESH cubes which have current streams:
M05 Dev Harlan - (60,66)
M31 Argent - (60,55)
M25 Bosque Gracias - (60,58)
These all use videoEntity using an m3u8 which links to an upload in Vimeo.

The same streams show as a grey screen on Client
