style: move the friend push notification to the right bottom corner

Pull Request Description

The purpose of this PR is to move the friend's push notification from between the chat panel and mini-map to the bottom right corner.

Test Steps

1. Launch the explorer
2. Once the world loads check the friends notifications appears in their new position.
