📔 Issue Description:

When opening the emotes panel, the chat closes automatically, disrupting the ability to interact with both chat and emotes simultaneously.

The chat should always remain visible in preview mode (unless manually closed), regardless of which panel is opened (such as emotes, friends, etc.). The chat should only close when panels like explorer, profile, or key controls are opened.

STR:

1. Open the explorer
2. Click the chat field and begin typing.
3. Open any panel (e.g., emotes, friends, etc.)
4. Observe that the chat automatically closes

✔️ Expected Result:

The chat should always remain visible in preview mode (unless manually closed), regardless of which panel is opened (such as emotes, friends, etc.).

❌ Actual Result with evidence:

The chat closes automatically when the emote panel (or other panels) is opened, which is not the expected behavior. This is a bug, as the chat should remain visible unless explicitly closed, as per initial requirements.
