Description
TheGraph hosted service is going EOL. This PR replaces all links that go to hosted service with a new link that targets our own subgraph worker. This worker will handle requests for all subgraphs redirecting to TheGraph studio or satsuma depending on availability

Replace the subgraphs urls with the new ones to point to the subgraph worker instead of directly to thegraph hosted service
