clean-stack 5.3.0+ introduced a 'node:url' import which breaks webpack/Vite builds as bundlers don't handle 'node:' protocol URLs. This pins clean-stack to 5.2.0 via both 'resolutions' (for yarn) and 'overrides' (for npm) to ensure browser-compatible version is used. Fixes decaporg#7616
