Trial changing tool-vault to use python-MCP #233
Description
We create an HTTP interface for ToolVault, which tries to be MCP compliant.
We may get a more robust implementation if, instead, we use the python-based FastMCP.
Note: I strongly expect we will have to modify the Debrief/TS code that interacts with the FastMCP version, since it won't offer the dedicated API we've been relying on.
In doing this, I expect a large volume of types/schemas related to tool indexes will be deleted from ToolVault (and libs/shared-types)
