With the changes proposed in this PR:

  1. a new 'fullscreen mode' is added; <command+f> is the default keybind to toggle between 'normal' and 'fullscreen' modes
  2. since the current focus change approach is based on cursor position, it does not works when in fullscreen mode; thus, a new change focus motion is added (though it can be improved...)

Like the 100ms default escape timer, can we get that in a separate PR?
