Windows not fully closed when plugin is reset.

Describe the bug

• Some windows are not close when the plugin is reset.

To Reproduce

• Open a memory windows and hit reset shortcut.

Removing memory windows should be optional as user might want to keep then across reset (to keep track on some data).
