What would be the benefits of leveraging Windows Implementation Libraries (WIL) and Win32 metadata in this project ?

Hi! Apologies for the latency. Win32 metadata sounds promising for acquiring API prototypes without having to parse the MSDN documentation like we (and other projects) did. I'm just not sure how many DLLs are currently covered, but worth a look.

Regarding WIL, I struggle to see a connection with the goal of SNIPER. Could you elaborate on the suggestion?
