syn now requires additional features for parse_quote and parse

Pretty sure parsing, proc-macro, and printing are now required for correct compilation against current syn 2.0

please either configure the correct maximum for the feature flags or adjust the feature flags in use.

hit an error while compiling complaining about them being configured out.
