Introduces AccountDTO, AccountClass, AccountStatus, and AccountType enums, and the Accounts resource for managing Xero accounts. Adds related unit tests for DTOs, enums, and resource functionality. Also updates Xero to expose the accounts resource.

@dcblogdev Selfishly, this is something I need for a project, so I have tried to implement it in the same spirit as the rest of the project!
