Make Dynamic file.sql

This PR adds the ability to change the file.sql to be more dynamic and provided by the user.

--filename=name.sql is needed if a custom filename is needed.

would you not want to wrap the the code block in a try ... catch block?

@itsromack There is always a default value coming from the config file, there will not be an exception if the filename wasn't provided by the user.
