Support for DBT Core v1.9.* due to DBT Core 1.8 EOL

It looks like DBT Core has transitioned to 1.9 being the main release and 1.8 being scheduled for eol in May

Error from PIP: dbt-sqlserver 1.8.7 requires dbt-core<1.9.0,>=1.8.0, but you have dbt-core 1.9.3 which is incompatible.

Error from DBT 1.9.3 using DBT-sqlserver 1.8.7:

The branch has been merged in but we need @cody-scott to tag the main branch and create a release, that should trigger the workflow to publish the adapter.

I'm not sure as well whats going to happen with the announcement of their new "fusion" engine. Will be interesting to see how SQL Server fits within this

Not sure, they are implementing the big cloud based stuff as adapters for the initial release which might mean there would be a need to make a SQL Server adapter for it.
