First Release

Initial release. I tried to have a bit of help popups for the various items, but for the sake of getting this out quicker, it is limited. Some features are disabled in this release because they are half-baked or hyper-specific to a task and not as generally useful. To start, use the "Open File" button to open a SimaticML *.xml file. The Blue Question buttons give short descriptions on most of the functions. Most changes are made live to the file selected, so be sure it exists and isn't in use by another process. After edits, the file may be re-imported to TIA Portal.
