Make the UI work on mobiles etc

I know it's using quite an old version of bootstrap - if you need to update it or feel like changing the style etc please feel free, pretty design really isn't my speciality! 😂

I've been feeling like I should give the project a bit of love as it's been ignored for a few years - got a few plans for it coming up when I get the time.

I've got some time today so can definitely take a look, I was thinking of changing over to the latest version of Bootstrap, or to Tailwind
