Adds a deck-builder skill component (single-file, type-correct HTML decks, PDF and PPTX import, inline editing). Source: github.com/FluidForm-ai/fluiddocs-deck-builder, MIT. Placed under creative-design alongside marp-slide and theme-factory. Verified the repo's component generator (scripts/generate_components_json.py) detects it as creative-design/deck-builder; the auto-generated components.json is left for maintainers to regenerate.
