DECLRMM and DECSLRM - set left/right margins #232
Description
Also required: DECVSSM - when set, DECSLRM works but DECDWL and DECDHL do not. When Reset, DECSLRM does not work, but DECDWL and DECHDL do work.
(In order for left/right margins to be set, all lines must be the normal width/height)
