This splits the scans up into per source file directories - see the original Announcement for the breakdown of page ranges - with the exception of ECBCOM.SA. This file is partially present on the first page of each other file except for the two Dragon Data files (ECBOEM.SA and ECBO64.SA). As we OCR we should create and append to ECBCOM.SA as is relevant.
