IE 11 doesn't work

Hi David,

You are life saver ! your cross domain iframe resizer works on all browsers, except for IE 11. ( I used your default settings and didn't change a thing), would you kindly shine lights on me to fix this IE 11 issue ? Thanks !

Have updated the version of jQuery used in the example to v1.11.0, as v1.10.1 has an issue with IE11.
