Add support for Python 3.14 #35
Description
In particular add Python 3.14 to the continuous integration testing matrix. And add Python 3.14 to the PyPI classifiers.
Non-trivial changes may be needed to work with deferred annotations and altered runtime representation of annotations. Also note that unions have changed their internal representation.
