This PR restructures the repository:
compute_scores2, graph_creation3 and graph_creation_3 are moved to the folder utils. Also they are renamed into compute_scores, graph_creation and graph_solver respectively.
All other versions of these three files are removed! (they need to be saved locally if thay have to be kept).
split_data, evalutation, validation,workers_data_merged, are moved to the Data_analysis folder
docstrings have been added to a couple of functions, to clarify what they do.
the readme and requirements files are updated
