Switching cells while a cell is running

Often I like to edit cells while other cells are running. Is this feature present? Sorry for asking in under 'issues', the docs are a bit sparse, so I'm not sure if this is a feature request.

It should be possible, but I'm seeing some bugs. I'll try to find time to see what's happening.
