Publish as standard JS modules?

Node now supports require()ing standard JS modules in all supported versions: 20 (LTS Maintenance), 22 (LTS Active), and 24 (Current). This makes it a great time for packages ti switch from CJS to standard modules.

If seedrandom switched, I could use it instead of the fork https://github.com/shanewholloway/js-esm-seedrandom

A bit unrelated to the issue at hand, but if you're looking for an ESM variant of this package written in TypeScript, I've published https://github.com/jurerotar/ts-seedrandom. Fully-typed and contains additional algorithms 😄
