Wrong docs about how pool works

Hi, thanks for this amazing lib!

I noticed that the documentation states that pool second argument (task) claims: "Returning true indicates no new instances should be invoked.", but looking at the source, it seems exact the opposite. While the invoked function returns true, next() is called.
