iOS 17.5.1 location reset

I have read issues that say iOS 18 is the version that corrected location spoofing over extended periods, is it possible for iOS 17 to keep the spoofed location while disconnected? It works on my device for around 30 minutes and then the log says location thread terminated.

Not sure if this works in future versions (works on latest iOS) but if you disable Developer Mode immediately after changing locations it will persist until reboot.
