conflict between Quake and VGAM

Hi, David,

In the latest release of VGAM, the syntax for function dzeta changes from "dzeta(x, p, log = FALSE) (VGAM 0.8-7)" to "dzeta(x, shape, log = FALSE) (VGAM 1.0-3)".

So cov_model.r couldn't be run.
