Enables uploading files with GraphQL mutations using multipart/form-data encoding. Supports both the graphql-multipart-request-spec (operations/map) format and direct form-data fields (query/variables/map). Users can interactively select files with C-u C-c C-c or configure via graphql-upload-files and graphql-upload-format variables. Signed-off-by: Arthur Heymans <arthur@aheymans.xyz>
