Add (scientific) journal article

This came up during the DPUB call today.

I could add an epub3 copy of http://arxiv.org/abs/math/0312227 which is CC-BY v1.0.

I've created a first attempt in my fork at https://github.com/pkra/epub-zero. I'm planning on splitting up the article into separate files before making a PR.

Thanks for merging! The offlinifying is not working. Or rather, it works for titlepage and ch01. What file does it read from?
