Validating if the Tab opened is correct at the end of a break period

Implement a mechanism to check whether the tab(with the url of our interest) is opened or not.

The current version doesn't check anything, and full-screens whichever tab/other application is opened at the end of a break session.

If not, take the user back to it, if yes, continue with the next session.

@datavorous guess what I found it out today, I will push and update this....same goes for the exe apps as well :)
