use/add a run with bleeding edge git release?

I believe we use some stock `git` available in build environment. In light of https://github.com/datalad/datalad/pull/6569 (which aren't that frequent) I thought if it might make sense to either make such builds just use most recent release of git, or have a dedicated run with it...
