Do not block from running recent dbt-core versions -- write warning instead #516

Description
There have been breaking changes in dbt-core releases so that was the original reason that we blocked them from data-diff.
However, this is typically not the case. Instead we can warn users that there may be issues and direct them to report them if they exist without blocking.
