Remove use of ImageJ?

The "Slicing and the colorimetric challenge (10 min)" exercise at the end of Image representation in skimage instructs the learner to open a TIFF file in ImageJ. The TIFF file is missing from the repository (#83) and ImageJ is not mentioned in the Setup instructions for the lesson.

Can this exercise be removed, or the example image and functionality replaced to use skimage?

ImageJ is mentioned in a few other places as well (e.g. in the "Using a mask for a histogram (25 min)" exercise in the Creating Histograms episode). I can see some value in using ImageJ (or some other tool) to get an intuition for coordinates and bounding boxes, but I agree that it should be mentioned in the Setup instructions and it adds to the time for the exercises.

Maybe relates to #134? Perhaps we can have a single image viewer widget / application throughout? Is the ethos to endorse particular tools? If not, then we can maybe pick on that works for the lesson and say others are available?

Definitely not endorsing any tools in particular - whatever is right for the job and can be relied on to install easily on learners' systems is alright with me.

This was discussed at the Developer/Maintainer co-working session on 2021-08-12. The group agreed that we should remove the use of ImageJ from the lesson, but include a mention (perhaps at the same time as we discuss Napari (see #134)) along with a warning about the confusion that can arise when using different tools with different coordinate systems.

Leaving this open until the mentions/uses of ImageJ in the lesson have been replaced.
