Data Missing

I have noticed several files missing that are referenced in the lesson:
titration.tiff
wellplate.tif
centers.txt

I suggest we wait for current round of changes to progress a bit before addressing this. Perhaps the content to which they are relevant will be removed?

we added titration.tif back in in #182 and I the other two files are also both either reintroduced or no longer used.
